Circle of Sports, created in the mid-1980s of polished brass, is a stylized rendering of men and women in baseball, basketball, football, tennis, ice hockey and soccer. Up close, look for sports balls and skates, and a bat, racket and stick. Circle of Sports is an eye-catching piece of art, sponsored by the then relatively new Percent for Art Program, established by state law in 1979. This º£½ÇÉçÇø artist is known for his metal sculptures, many of which are whimsical in nature.
