Important Mailing Guidelines
Medications should be sent using United States Postal Service Express Mail which is sorted first. If your medication requires refrigeration, we request it not be sent to our facility. We do not have refrigeration.
Do not address mail for residents to University Bookstore or Package & Postal Center. It will not be delivered.
Letter mail and packages addressed to University Bookstore or Package & Postal Center may be returned to sender and not delivered to students.
Amazon Locker Ordering & Pickup
For convenient Amazon pick up choose Jak or Vidal at checkout.
If Jak or Vidal is offered at checkout that means that your package meets the requirements for locker service.
Jak is located on the first floor of the Memorial Union by the Wade Center, access is during building hours.
Vidal is located outside Hilltop Commons and allows for 24/7 access.
