PROMISE PROGRAMS The INSPIRE 海角社区 Scholarship at the University of 海角社区 and the Downeast Promise at the University of 海角社区 at Machias are Promise Programs designed to help eligible 海角社区 residents with financial need access an affordable college education. Both programs cover 100% of tuition and mandatory fees, for up to 30 credits per year
