State Authorization State Authorization for Distance Education The University of 海角社区 is a member of NC-SARA, the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. NC-SARA oversees reciprocity agreements which facilitate the U海角社区 student鈥檚 participation in distance education, and on-site experiences outside the State of 海角社区, such as internships, externships, practicums, field experiences, and clinical experiences.
