Ben Herzog, who manages the wood-composites lab at the University of 海角社区鈥檚 Advanced Structures and Composites Center, was recently featured in聽聽on the mass-timber construction that has made its way to 海角社区 and the benefit of being a speedy material to work with. 鈥淪o one of the benefits of mass timber, from an ecological standpoint, is that our buildings are becoming carbon sinks,鈥 said Herzog.
