Highlighting a Downeast Nursing track serving rural students, Malloy said º£½ÇÉçÇøâ€™s public universities have shifted from competition to collaboration. Enabled by unified accreditation and systemwide initiatives, campuses now share faculty, facilities and online platforms, expand direct admission and workforce partnerships, and boost research and innovation. The result, he wrote, is enrollment growth, stronger retention and greater value for º£½ÇÉçÇø students and taxpayers.
