In an article about environmentally-friendly alternatives to heating oil, the noted that Boston startup Biofine Technology is working with the University of º£½ÇÉçÇø to build a biorefinery to produce what it says is a carbon-neutral substitute for home heating oil at a former paper mill in Lincoln.
