Judy East, director of the Bureau of Resource Information and Land Use Planning in the º£½ÇÉçÇø Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, will present the keynote address, “Getting from us/them polarization to partnership with, sometimes, strange bedfellows,” at the º£½ÇÉçÇø Sustainability and Water Conference on March 31. East, who also serves on the º£½ÇÉçÇø Climate Council, will talk about her experience working in rural communities to bridge divides and balance conservation and economic development.
