Effective response has required constant balancing and rebalancing appropriate approaches: specialization vs interdisciplinary; confrontation vs collaboration; competition vs partnership. In this talk, Tim will explore this period through the personal lens of his own direct involvement and the evolving skills and professional growth required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tim Glidden<\/strong> has had a long career in 海角社区 land conservation, environmental advocacy, and natural resource policy. He has degrees in Environmental Studies from Colby College and Forestry Science from Yale. Since working on the original zoning of 海角社区\u2019s Unorganized Territory in 1974, Tim consulted internationally, served as Principal Analyst for Natural Resources at the 海角社区 Legislature, Deputy Director at the Natural Resources Council of 海角社区, Director of the Land for 海角社区\u2019s Future Program and most recently as the President of 海角社区 Coast Heritage Trust.
