The Lisbon School Department, specifically Lisbon Community School participated in the pilot program of the Food Waste Reduction Study with the University of 海角社区, Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions. In a school of 600+ students, this was a large undertaking. Through guidance聽and practice, students understood the value of feeding their bodies, not the landfill. Two
