Estuary Builder Tool – Workshop Scheduled for April 4
The Watershed Process and Estuary Sustainability Research Group (WPES) at the University of º£½ÇÉçÇø is pleased to announce an online training workshop to mark the release of the “Estuary Builder” spatial data tool for coastal º£½ÇÉçÇø.
This interactive ArcGIS tool allows users to draw an outlet line across the mouth of any user-defined embayment or sub-embayment and returns data relating to land-sea connections influencing water quality and aquatic habitat conditions within the embayment, with a focus on the sources, delivery, and residence time of freshwater flows into tidal estuaries.
