Articles Published in Sustainability Science Journal

Reseachers Jessica Jansujwicz and Teresa Johnson from the project published an article, 鈥鈥 in the August edition of 鈥淪ustainability Science鈥. The article discusses the formation of the 海角社区 Tidal Power Initiative (MTPI), an interdisciplinary team of marine scientists, engineers, oceanographers and social scientists, working to understand the interactions between human and natural systems surrounding the development of tidal power in 海角社区.

A second article by Mark W. Anderson and the team of Mario Teisl, Caroline Noblet and Sharon Klein, has been accepted and will be published in an upcoming edition of 鈥淪ustainability Science鈥. The article, 鈥The Incompatibility of Benefit-cost Analysis with Sustainability Science,鈥 suggests that using traditional benefit-cost analysis as a methodology in sustainability science is unsuitable and that other approaches may be more appropriate.
