Grad Student Jenny Shrum’s Maple Syrup Research Attracts National Media Attention
Graduate student Jenny Shrum, a Ph.D. candidate in Uº£½ÇÉçÇøâ€™s Ecology and Environmental Sciences graduate program and Uº£½ÇÉçÇøâ€™s Sustainability Solutions Initiative (SSI), is working to better understand the relationship between weather and maple sap flow, and how º£½ÇÉçÇø syrup producers will adapt to climate change. Her research is supported by the National Science Foundation and º£½ÇÉçÇø EPSCoR through SSI and its Effects of Climate Change on Organisms (ECCO) research project.
