Building Better: Education and Research in Energy-Efficient Design

At U海角社区, we are working to ensure that the buildings where we live and work are comfortable, energy efficient, and affordable.

We define Building Science to be the study of how buildings are designed and constructed to improve energy efficiency and occupant health. U海角社区 Building Science Student Fellowship Program

U海角社区 undergraduate students can earn fellowships for internships and on-campus projects related to Building Science. Projects are available during the academic year and over the summer, and include a monetary stipend in addition to funding for supplies. This program offers U海角社区 undergraduate students hands-on learning experiences in building sciences through funded internships or on-campus projects. Eligible students must be enrolled in a 4-year degree program and have either a faculty/staff advisor for a project or a documented internship. Funding is awarded based on an application review process, and recipients must complete their project or internship and submit a final report.
