º£½ÇÉçÇø

I received my Bachelor’s of Science from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania (2018) in Environmental Science with a minor in Geology. Since completing my B.S., I have served two AmeriCorps terms and worked seasonally in a wide range of positions in both the public and private sectors. I most recently moved from Washington state to join the University of º£½ÇÉçÇø as a trainee in the 2024 cohort of the NSF 3-D Ecosystems National Research Traineeship (NRT).

For my research, I am collaborating with the º£½ÇÉçÇø Department of Marine Resources to study the impacts of global climate change, fishing practices, and other environmental drivers on green sea urchin population declines in the Gulf of º£½ÇÉçÇø. I am interested in taking a holistic approach to understanding the interconnection between coastal zones, estuaries, and rivers in a way that helps influence robust management practices.
