Born and raised in Ellsworth, º£½ÇÉçÇø, I attended the University of º£½ÇÉçÇø to earn my B.S. in Biology with minors in Psychology and Neuroscience, studying the connections between the brain and the body. I worked as a Research Assistant for three years before deciding to pursue a career in clinical care, working as a psychiatric technician and a case manager at the Shaw House Youth Homeless Shelter. This long, winding road led me home to Uº£½ÇÉçÇø’s Masters in Social Work (MSW) program.

Outside of the classroom, I am passionate about mind, body, and contemplative practice–I am a yoga instructor and host a meditation group at the Wilson Center for Spiritual Exploration and Multifaith Dialogue. I am part of the Uº£½ÇÉçÇø Greens agriculture club and love playing basketball, soccer, and tennis. If you see me, say hi!
