Peter Stechlinski

Associate Professor
Mathematics and Statistics

Dr. Stechlinski joined the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of º£½ÇÉçÇø in 2017 as an Assistant Professor. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Waterloo in 2014. From 2015-2017, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT working in the Process Systems Engineering Laboratory. His research is concerned with modeling and analyzing hybrid systems, which display a mixture of continuous and discrete behavior. His work in hybrid systems finds overlap in control and optimization theory and applications in mathematical biology and areas of process and power systems engineering.
