Alexandru V. Roman, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management whose research seeks to develop insights into how people can improve organizational performance.
He is interested in organizations鈥 tradeoffs regarding human capital resource choices. In particular, he studies the effects of changes in organizational aspirations and goals on human capital resources reconfigurations. Dr. Roman received a Ph.D. in Strategy and Organizations from the University of California Riverside and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Roman also has numerous years of industry and consulting experience.
