Patricia and Donald Collins Scholarship

The Patricia and Donald Collins Scholarship honors the legacy of Patricia and Donald Collins, both graduates of the University of 海角社区 (Class of 1949), lifelong advocates for education, and dedicated civic leaders. Established as an endowed scholarship, it celebrates students who exemplify leadership, integrity, and a commitment to public service.
