This will be a 6 session series for ages 9+ that focuses on the foundations of AI\, including introduction to AI\, pattern recognition\, human versus machine learning\, AI in daily life and ethical awareness. Participants will take a closer look at how these are currently being used\, learn about what AI does well and what it does not do well and considerations for using AI. \nArtificial Intelligence has incredible capabilities. This series will reveal some opportunities and challenges of this emerging technology in a safe learning environment. Sessions will focus on career exploration\, exploring the º£½ÇÉçÇø Food System with farm and production visits around the state\, and building relationships with industry professionals. \nThis season we will visit local º£½ÇÉçÇø Ag businesses like Libby Maple\, Yeti Ridge Farm and more. Transportation assistance for these events may be available upon request. \nIn addition to the multi-week session\, youth will serve in their ambassador role for at least 1 year.
