In this training we will share a 鈥渕ap鈥 along with skills that can help feedback be useful and supportive whether we are on the giving or the receiving end of the equation. \nRooted in the basics of聽Nonviolent Communication\, this training will also include concepts introduced in the book聽Thanks for the Feedback\, by Sheila Heen & Douglas Stone interpreted through the lens of聽Nonviolent Communication. She is in private practice in Boca Raton\, Florida\, and has specialized in individual\, marital\, family and group therapy for 40 years.
