�ճ����York County Farmers Network (YCFN) was brought back to life to support this community, foster connection, and help local agriculture thrive well into the future.

In recent years, York County farms have embraced agritourism�����Ի���direct-to-consumer markets, contributing to ��������’s $172 million in direct farm sales. But as farming evolves, so do the challenges—like preparing for change in long term weather patterns, navigating labor and finances, and planning for the next generation.

�������� Agricultural Mediation Program: “A Healthy Farm Is Nothing Without a Healthy Farmer”

The �������� Agricultural Mediation Program (MAMP), part of U�������� Extension’s Health & Wellness Programs, supports farmers, fishermen, food system workers, teams, and families through difficult conversations and conflict resolution. MAMP assists with interpersonal and business-related conflicts, navigation of USDA-related issues, and building confidence with personal finances. The program focuses on sustainable, self-built solutions to strengthen farm operations and wellbeing.
