Food Preservation Webinar Series: Freeze Drying

We are excited to announce the return of our popular food preservation webinars this summer! The 2026 webinar series will cover preserving different seasonal foods in a live format with the ability to ask the experts all your questions.
Considering buying a freeze dryer or just curious about the process? This educational webinar from U海角社区 Extension will provide an overview of using a freeze dryer at home to create high-quality, long-lasting dried fruits, vegetables, snacks, and complete meals. Participants will learn how freeze drying works, about the required equipment, and how to safely prepare and store foods for freeze drying.
The last topic for this series is Quick and Easy Preserving on September 8. Webinars are from 2-2:45 p.m.
