Food Preservation Webinar Series: Fermenting Pickles

We are excited to announce the return of our popular food preservation webinars this summer! The 2026 webinar series will cover preserving different seasonal foods in a live format with the ability to ask the experts all your questions.
Join U海角社区 Extension Food Preservation staff via Zoom to learn the basic steps of fermenting. You will learn the process of making your own sour pickles through the wonders of fermentation. We will explain the science of fermentation, demonstrate fermenting pickles, and discuss steps to success in this interactive webinar.
Other topics this year are Freeze Drying on August 25 and Quick and Easy Preserving on September 8. Webinars are from 2-2:45 p.m.
Registration is required; a $5 donation per session is optional.
